Apologies, but I'm not really interested in that right now, so I'll have to pass.
Also, I notice, when you say BBS web browsers, you really mean text-based web browsers! (Like Lynx) And it's pretty easy for anyone to make a text-based website! Why not just have a webring? I feel like you'll tire yourself out recreating so many people's websites, not to mention maintaining them when things change as well! A webring for text-based versions of websites would honestly work a lot better for what I'm seeing you're wanting out of this, in my opinion.
Though the concept does give me some thoughts on another idea. Most BBSs were hosted using Telnet! And most things you can run in the terminal can run in Telnet! So I do think there is potential to having some sort of service that can host interactive online terminal programs via Telnet. Though that would be, much, much, more complex to implement.
